Terms of use
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms apply to We-Signal, a service of WE-DEV LTD (company number 15878974), Unit 6, Block 3, Woolwich Church Street, London SE18 5PQ. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
Accounts and teams
- One team account per company. The person who creates it becomes its owner and can invite colleagues.
- Keep your sign-in details private. We strongly recommend two-step verification.
- You are responsible for what happens under your team's accounts.
Using the data
- Company records come from Companies House and the ONS under the Open Government Licence. They are shown as published and may be out of date or contain errors.
- Contact details are general business details published by each company on its own website. You must use them lawfully, including the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations: give recipients an easy way to opt out of marketing emails, and check telephone numbers against the Telephone Preference Service and Corporate TPS before making sales calls.
- Do not copy the service in bulk, resell its contents, get round its limits or use automated tools to extract data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep We-Signal available and accurate but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features. We-Signal is free for now; we will tell you clearly before any charge applies, and you can close your account at any time.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid nothing.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
